(툴링) 당사의 국제특허인 모터 내장형 자동 툴체인저와 이에 호환되는 15종의 다양한 그리퍼를 통해서 거의 모든 로봇 작업에 대응이 가능하다. 핑거의 자동 교체가 가능한 그리퍼, 유연한 물체의 파지를 위한 순응형 그리퍼, 무거운 물체의 파지를 위한 고 가반하중용 그리퍼 등 고기능 그리퍼를 제공한다. 그리고 고객 주문형 그리퍼 및 툴링 솔루션을 신속히 개발하여 제공하며, 대상 물체를 인식하여 작업에 적절한 그리퍼 및 물체의 파지점까지 선택하여 주는 AI 툴링 기능도 제공한다. (로봇) 협동로봇 및 의료로봇 등의 개발에 필요한 HW, SW 및 다양한 부품 기술을 모두 보유하고 있다. 로봇에 설치하면 로봇의 가반하중을 증가시켜 주는 중력보상 장치, 로봇 제어기, 관절 토크센서, 모터 드라이버 등의 로봇 부품을 취급한다. 그리고 15개 이상의 회사에 맞춤형 로봇 팔을 개발하여 준 경험을 바탕으로 로봇 개발 용역 외에도 필요 시에 로봇 팔을 OEM 방식으로 생산하여 제공한다. | 제품소개(국문) | 제품 1. 로봇 툴링 시스템 KR-RTS 신개념 KR-RTS(Robotic Tooling System)은 기존의 툴체인저의 개념을 획기적으로 바꾼 시스템으로, 고객에게 툴링 시스템의 편리성과 경제성을 제공하여 준다. 각 툴은 자신과 결합되는 툴체인저에 내장된 구동부(모터/제어기)로부터 동력을 공급받아 작동하는 방식을 취함으로써, 툴은 단지 기구부만으로 구성되어 낮은 비용으로 제작이 가능하다. 또한, 툴체인저의 결합-분리를 위해서 기존의 공압 방식이 아닌 무동력 방식을 채택하였다. 그리퍼의 파지 및 핑거 방향으로 컴플라이언스를 제공하므로, 소프트 그리퍼 기능도 모사할 수 있으며, 그리퍼 핑거를 자동으로 교체할 수도 있다. 현재 2지, 3지, 진공, 평행 그리퍼 등 15종 이상의 그리퍼를 제공하고 있으며, 고객 맞춤형 그리퍼 및 툴링 솔루션을 신속하게 제공한다. AI 툴링 소트프웨어를 통해서 다양한 대상 물체의 파지에 적합한 툴의 선정 및 작업을 고려한 파지점의 탐색이 가능하다. |
| 제품소개(영문) | Product 1. Robotic Tooling System (KR-RTS) KR-RTS dramatically changes the concept of an automatic tool changer (ATC) and provides customers with the convenience and economy of a tooling system. Each tool operates by receiving power from the driving unit built into the robot-side of the ATC, so tools consist of only mechanical parts and thus can be manufactured at much lower cost than traditional tools. Furthermore, instead of using the conventional pneumatic method, a power-free mechanism was adopted for locking of the ATC. Since it provides compliance in the gripping and finger directions of the gripper, it can also emulate the functionality of a soft gripper and enables automatic changing of gripper fingers. Currently, we sell about 15 types of grippers and quickly provide customer-tailored tooling solutions. Through the AI tooling SW, it is possible to select a tool suitable for grasping various target objects and to search for the grasping point for the task under consideration. |
